Before you buy, we send front, back, corner, and pile close-ups, a natural-light video, and an honest condition report covering wear and any restoration.
2 - Insured shipping
Pieces are rolled and wrapped with care and shipped fully insured, signature required. We share tracking and expected timing up front.
3 - In-home approval
Qualified U.S. buyers can live with a rug in their own light before committing. If it is not right, return it within the agreed approval window.

Do you really let me try a rug at home?
Yes - in-home approval is available for qualified U.S. buyers. Light and surroundings change a rug completely, and we want you to be certain.
How are rugs packaged and shipped?
Rolled, wrapped to protect pile and edges, and shipped fully insured with signature on delivery. Larger carpets ship freight; we confirm method and timing per order.
What if I change my mind?
Return within the agreed approval window in original condition. We confirm who covers return shipping and insurance in writing before you buy.
Can I get an appraisal with my purchase?
For higher-value rugs we can provide or arrange documentation. Note that formal local appraisal of rugs you already own is a separate, Bay Area-only service.
